华为视频会议标清终端和高清终端看不到遥控器操作界面，及判断终端视频输出是否正常的处理方法：
-遥控器操作界面在长时间不操作的情况下会自动消失，此时只需要长按遥控器上的菜单按键（标清终端是"红色小房子"按键，高清终端旧版遥控器是"白色小房子"按键，高清终端新版遥控器是按键）不松手，直到遥控器操作界面出现即可。
该方法也可以判断视频的输出是否正常，能看到遥控器操作界面说明输出正常，否则说明输出不正常。
-您也可以查看终端的视频输出连线情况，确认终端使用的视频输出接口丝印名称，登录终端Web界面，选择"系统配置 > 输入输出 > 视频输出 > 公共设置"，设置"图形用户界面"为对应的视频输出接口。
If the remote control UI is not displayed on the SD or HD video terminal, perform the following operations to check whether the video output is normal:
- The remote control UI disappears if you do not perform any operation for a long time. In this case, you only need to press and hold the menu key on the remote control. (For an SD video terminal, the menu key is the red key. For an HD video terminal, the menu key is the white key. For an HD video terminal, the menu key is the new key.) Wait until the remote controlled UI is displayed.
This method can also be used to check whether the video output is normal. If the remote controlled UI is displayed, the video output is normal. Otherwise, the video output is abnormal.
- You can also check the video output cable connection of the endpoint. Specifically, log in to the endpoint web interface, choose System Settings > Input/Output > Video Output > Common Settings, and set GUI to the corresponding video output port.
